Why does it clog pores?
Despite being processed, Phytessence Wakame retains the iodide content typical of brown seaweeds that triggers acne. Its polysaccharide-rich extract forms an occlusive film that traps sebum inside pores. The "hyaluronic acid protection" marketing obscures its comedogenic potential.
